For best results gather your files into one bundle using a compression program-- Zip (.zip) works best on the PC, Stuffit (.sit, .sitx) on the Mac). If you created your job using Quark, Pagemaker, InDesign, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Publisher, Freehand or most any program, be sure to include any images, fonts or graphics that are associated with the pages you created. Make it a habit to send too much rather than too little. Also, give us a brief description of your job and the timeframe that you expect delivery.
